Welcome to the Sirianni Lab
The Sirianni Lab is part of the Department of Geological Sciences at East Carolina University. Our research applies geophysical, hydrological, and geospatial tools to map, monitor, and model processes that shape and impact the environment along our coastlines. We have a particular interest in 1) soil salinization and saltwater intrusion, 2) wetland disturbance and carbon cycling, and 3) ground/surface water interactions.
